Snoho Sonia

The Snoho Sonia dahlia is a pearly and romantic variety introduced by Bill Bonneywell in 2007. It is cherished by designers and market gardeners for its soft, luminous lavender tones and its exceptional reliability as a productive garden workhorse.

• Color: Lavender (L). A delicate, light lavender-pink that can appear almost translucent or pearly. The blooms often feature white highlights around the petal centers and can mottle or saturate into deeper purple tones as the season progresses.
• Form: Ball (BA). A classic, perfectly round ball shape with neatly recurved petals.
• ADS Classification: 6008.
• Bloom Size: Ball (BA). Most blooms are typically 3 to 3.5 inches (7.5–9 cm) in diameter, though they are officially classified as Ball (over 3.5 inches) by the ADS.
• Height: Tall. A vigorous plant that typically grows between 3.5 to 5 feet (105–150 cm) tall.
• Performance: Highly Productive Cut Flower. Renowned for being extremely prolific, producing "buckets of blooms" on long, straight, and very strong stems throughout the entire growing season.
