🌸 Shipping Information – Makayla’s Meadows 🌸

📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping begins in March, depending on local temperatures. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

🚚 Shipping Options
We offer three options:

  • Local Pickup – Free
    Available in Victoria, BC. Please provide your contact information so we can arrange a pickup time and date.
  • Standard Shipping – $25
    Flat rate across Canada for tubers only.
  • Express Shipping – $45
    Required for cuttings to ensure they arrive healthy and fresh.
    If you’ve ordered cuttings but selected standard shipping, we’ll reach out with the option to upgrade. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we’ll proceed with standard shipping and assume you accept responsibility for any deterioration during transit.

📦 Combining Orders

  • Multiple Orders (Tubers Only):
    If you place more than one order between December and March 30, you’ll only pay one shipping fee.
    To qualify, use the same email address for all orders and apply the code COMBINESHIP to each additional order.
  • Mixed Orders (Cuttings + Tubers):
    Shipping fees must be paid separately. We’ll do our best to combine shipments when possible, but it’s not guaranteed. If we’re able to combine, we’ll refund any extra shipping charges once your full order has shipped.

📅 Timing & Weather Considerations
You know your local weather best. If you’d like us to ship at a specific time, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers and we are no longer liable for any damage caused during transit.

🔁 Additional Orders
If you place another order after your initial shipment has been sent, a new shipping fee will apply.

🌼 Limited Varieties
To ensure more gardeners have access to our most sought-after varieties, we may set purchase limits. These will be clearly noted in the product descriptions. We kindly ask that you respect these limits when placing your order.
