Small World

The Small World dahlia is an exquisite and dainty white pompon variety that is a quintessential favorite for wedding work and delicate floral arrangements. Introduced by Vickery in 1993, it is widely considered one of the best white pompons for its consistent form and pure color.

• Color: White (W). A crisp, clean, snow-white that remains bright throughout the season. The center can sometimes show a tiny hint of lime green or cream before fully opening.
• Form: Pompon (P). A perfectly miniature, globe-shaped bloom with petals that roll inward (involute) and spiral symmetrically.
• ADS Classification: 6201.
• Bloom Size: Miniature (M). True to its pompon classification, these tiny gems are typically 1.5 to 2 inches (4–5 cm) in diameter.
• Height: Medium to Tall. Grows to approximately 3.5 to 4.5 feet (105–135 cm) tall.
