Skeena Sugar Pie

The Skeena Sugar Pie dahlia is a delightful and warm-toned variety bred by Meg Hoole of Medeek Meadows in Terrace, BC. Introduced as a small-batch release (previously known as seedling 2022-056), it is named for its rich, "caramel" tones that evoke the warmth of a pumpkin pie.

• Color: Yellow / Dark Blend. A multi-tonal mix featuring deep caramel and warm yellow hues that blend into soft, buttery tones. This unique "pumpkin pie" palette makes it a standout for autumnal floral designs.
• Form: Formal Decorative (FD). A clean and symmetrical double bloom with neatly layered petals that provide a polished look for both the garden and the vase.
• Bloom Size: Small (BB). Blooms are approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) in diameter, making them a versatile "accent" size for bouquets.
• Height: Tall. Typically reaches approximately 4 feet (120 cm) in height, producing robust growth and strong stems.
