Skeena Nana

The Skeena Nana dahlia is a delicate and feminine variety introduced by Meg Hoole of Medeek Meadows in Terrace, BC. Originally known by its seedling number 2022-074, it was named for its soft coloring that resembles the nimble nanny goats found on the steep rock faces along the Skeena River.

• Color: White (W) / Blush / Pink (PK). A clean, white base with a subtle, soft blush of pink that gives the bloom a romantic and "luminous" glow.
• Form: Formal Decorative (FD). A balanced and symmetrical double bloom with neatly arranged, flat petals.
• Bloom Size: Small (BB). Typically measures approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) in diameter.
• Height: Tall. Reaches approximately 4 feet (120 cm) in height.
• Performance: Highly Productive Cut Flower. Celebrated for having "great stems for the vase," it is a reliable producer that blooms mid-season. Its long, sturdy stems and romantic palette make it an ideal choice for bridal bouquets and soft floral arrangements.
