Sierra Glow Dahlia is a luminous informal decorative variety celebrated for its glowing peachy-salmon blooms and lush, shaggy petals. 

Characteristics:

Form: Informal Decorative (ID) — Its petals are broad, slightly twisted, curled, or wavy, giving the bloom a fluffy, shaggy, and lush appearance.

Color: Bronze (BR) — The color is described as a glowing blend of salmon, peach, bronze, and coppery-orange. The color can shift with the weather, sometimes showing more coral or dusty rose tones.

Bloom Size: Large (A) / Dinnerplate — Typically measures 8 to 10 inches (approx. 20–25 cm) in diameter.

Height: Tall — Plants generally grow 4 to 6 feet (approx. 1.2–1.8 meters) tall.

Performance:

• Blooms from midsummer to frost. Best harvested when three-quarters open for optimal vase life (up to 5 days).
• Due to the heavy weight of the enormous blooms, staking is essential to prevent the tall stems from snapping, especially after rain.
