RM Lure

RM Lure is a vibrant and impressive dahlia introduced in 2025 by hybridizer Hailey Sly of River Merle Farm. Inspired by the rich colors of Pacific Northwest coho salmon, it is celebrated for its glowing, saturated hue and its status as a reliable, high-performing "prize catch" for the garden.

• Color: Bright Coral-Pink / Salmon. Features vibrant coral-pink petals with warm, luminous undertones that deepen slightly toward the center. The color is designed to mimic the stunning tones of coho salmon, offering a soft glow that catches the light in arrangements.
• Bloom Size: Small (BB). Flowers are typically 3.5 to 4 inches (approx. 9–10 cm) in diameter, maintaining a full and polished appearance.
• Height: Tall. A robust grower that typically reaches 4.5 to 5 feet (137–152 cm), though some field reports suggest it can reach up to 6 feet in ideal conditions.
• Performance: Prolific Cut Flower & Tuber Producer. Praised as one of the most prolific varieties in the River Merle line, it reliably "pumps out" blooms all season long. It is noted for strong, sturdy stems that tend to increase in length as the season progresses.
