Oreti Adele introduced around 2004 by hybridizer W. Jack from New Zealand.
Characteristics:
Form: Formal Decorative (FD)—The blooms feature neatly arranged, layered petals that are smooth and flat, recurving back toward the stem to form a tidy, symmetrical flower head.
Color: Light Blend (LB)—The petals display a stunning color gradient, transitioning from a bright golden-yellow center to soft, sorbet-like edges brushed with peachy-orange or rosy pink. The overall effect is a warm, glowing blend.
Bloom Size: Miniature (M)—Blooms are small, typically measuring between 3 and 4 inches (7–10 cm) in diameter.
Height: Upright grower, reaching 3.5 to 4 feet (105–120 cm).
Performance: A favorite for cutting gardens, 'Oreti Adele' is a prolific bloomer with a compact growth habit and strong stems, making it an excellent workhorse for bouquets. Its unique, sun-kissed palette makes it particularly popular for pastel and wedding-themed floral work.
