Lileah Pink Petticoats is an enchanting and highly textured variety bred by Kate Mungoven of Lileah Dahlias in Tasmania.  A sibling to Lileah Saffron Petticoats, it is celebrated for its romantic "double-skirted" appearance and soft, glowing palette—making it a premier choice for adding a whimsical, ruffled elegance to cottage gardens and bridal floral designs.

  • Color: Pink (PK) / Lavender. A beautiful, luminous candy-pink that often exhibits soft lavender undertones. The central "petticoat" petals frequently hold a deeper, more concentrated pink, creating a charming two-tone effect.
  • Form: Small Decorative with Petaloids. This "Petticoat" variety is distinguished by its unique internal ruffles; while the outer petals are broad and flat, the center is filled with smaller, feathery petaloids that give the bloom a voluminous, "flouncy" silhouette.
  • Bloom Size: Small (BB). These dense, intricately layered blooms typically measure approximately 4 to 5 inches (10–12 cm) in diameter
  • Height: Tall. A robust and vigorous grower that typically reaches 4 to 5 feet (120–150 cm) in height, producing its ruffled flowers on long, elegant, and sturdy stems.
  • Performance: Productive "Ruffled" Standout. Praised for its healthy, bushy habit and its ability to pump out a high volume of blooms from mid-summer until the first frost. It is noted for its strong garden presence and is highly sought after by collectors for its rare, "petticoat" form
