Levi's Confessor

The Levi's Confessor dahlia is a moody and romantic variety introduced by breeder Levi Tremblay for the 2024 season. It is celebrated for its hauntingly beautiful, antique color palette and its ability to add a dramatic, vintage flair to both the garden and sophisticated floral designs. 

• Color: Pink (PK) / Pink-Lavender. A captivating blend of smoky lavender and dusky plum-mauve centers that fade into soft baby pink outer petals. The blooms feature an atmospheric ombré effect, with inner petals revealing richer plum-wine shadows that deepen in cooler weather.
• Form: Formal Decorative (FD). Features lush, fully double, rounded petals that twist gently toward the center in a perfectly symmetrical swirl. ADS Classification: M FD PK (Miniature Formal Decorative Pink).
• Bloom Size: Miniature (M). Blooms are petite and consistent, typically measuring between 3 to 3.5 inches (7.5–9 cm) in diameter.
• Height: Medium/Tall. Reaches an average height of 3.5 to 4 feet (105–120 cm).
• Performance: Prolific Wedding Workhorse. Highly praised for its excellent vase life and straight, sturdy stems, it is a favorite for wedding work and fall bouquets. While it is a prolific bloomer, it is noted to prefer cooler temperatures, as extreme heat can occasionally cause the outer petals to scorch before fully opening.
