The KA’s Desert Rose dahlia is a summery and sophisticated variety introduced in 2024 by renowned hybridizer Kristine Albrecht of Santa Cruz Dahlias. It is celebrated for its shifting, "happy-hued" tones and its exceptional reliability, quickly becoming a must-grow for both fall-toned floral palettes and vibrant garden displays.

• Color: Coral / Peach / Smoky Rose. A dynamic gradient that evolves throughout the season; in high heat, the blooms appear nearly red, fading into a beautiful ombre of soft coral, peachy apricot, and sandy rose as the weather cools.
• Form: Formal Decorative (FD). Features a high petal count and perfectly rounded centers, creating a lush, full, and symmetrical appearance. ADS Classification: BB FD (Small Formal Decorative).
