KA Lavender Blush

The KA’s Lavender Blush dahlia is a breathtaking, large-flowered variety introduced by Kristine Albrecht of Santa Cruz Dahlias in 2024. Often described as a "big sister" to the classic 'Café au Lait', it is a favorite for wedding work and high-end floral design due to its romantic, airy appearance and impressive scale.

• Color: Lavender-Blush (L). A delicate, ethereal blend featuring layers of the palest pink kissed with cool lavender undertones. The bloom often has a subtle lavender "heart" and creamier outer petals.
• Form: Informal Decorative (ID). Features generous, feathery petals with graceful twists and turns that add movement and a "wispy" texture to arrangements.
• Bloom Size: Large (A). A show-stopping "dinnerplate" size, with flowers typically reaching 8 to 10 inches (20–25 cm) in diameter.
• Height: Tall. A vigorous grower that reaches approximately 4 to 5 feet (120–150 cm) tall.
