Jowey Nicky Dahlia  was introduced in 2004 by the hybridizer Jozef Weyts (often listed simply as Weyts) from Belgium. It is another spectacular dahlia from the same series as 'Jowey Winnie,' and it fits perfectly with your theme of soft, complex colors! It is especially popular for its warm, glowing tones.

Characteristics:

Form: Ball (BA). Like 'Jowey Winnie,' 'Jowey Nicky' displays the perfect, geometric, tightly structured sphere that makes the Ball form so popular and weather-resistant.

Color: Orange (OR) - A gentle blend of soft melon, peach, and pink, often with warm golden centers and pale pink outer petals. The ombré effect creates a luminous, watercolor-like finish that shifts with light and maturity.

Bloom Size: Small (BB) to Medium (BA), typically measuring 3 to 4 inches (7–10 cm) in diameter.

Height: A medium to tall dahlia with a bushy, sturdy habit, generally reaching 3 to 4 feet (90–120 cm).

Performance:

  • Productivity: This is a heavy-blooming powerhouse and one of the hardest-working dahlias in the field, producing an abundance of flowers on long, straight stems all season long.
  • Cut Flower Quality: Highly sought after by floral designers due to its perfect form, long, strong stems, and wonderful blend of warm colors that transition seamlessly with many other flowers.
  • Reliability: It is considered a tidy plant with great tuber production and an excellent vase life of about 5 days.

Please note that the listing is for one tuber.
