The Jennifer Mary Ellen is a striking and modern variety introduced in 2021, quickly becoming a favorite for its dramatic, jewel-toned blooms and unusually dark, sultry foliage. It is celebrated for its intense color contrast and exceptional performance as both a garden standout and a high-quality cut flower. 

• Color: Purple (PR) / Dark Blend. Features a rich, two-tone appearance with light red-purple or plum-red petals on top and a darker aubergine or deep purple on the undersides and at the heart.
• Form: Formal Decorative (FD). Known for its double blooms with broad, flat-tipped petals that are regularly arranged. Some sources also associate it with a waterlily-like appearance due to its graceful layering.
• Bloom Size: Miniature (M). Produces neat, showy blooms that typically reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter.
