Hollyhill Golden Glow Dahlia is a stunning 2025 introduction from the celebrated US hybridizers, Ted and Margaret Kennedy of Hollyhill Dahlias. This variety is a true standout, prized for its rich, warm color blend and exceptional performance in both the garden and at shows.

Characteristics:

Form: Waterlily (WL). Features a soft, rounded, and elegant form with broad, flat petals. The shape is highly refined and symmetrical, making it a favorite for high-end arrangements.

Colour: Golden Yellow Blend (YL/OR). A luminous golden yellow base that is beautifully blended with vibrant oranges and warm tangerine, often exhibiting touches of rosy guava. Some blooms may show a hint of red on the reverse side of the petals, adding depth.

Bloom Size: LB (Large Blend) / BB (Small-to-Medium). The size can range from a manageable 4 inches to a more substantial 6 inches across, depending on whether the plant is disbudded.

Height: Very Tall. This is a vigorous and robust plant, reliably growing to an impressive height of around 6 feet (over 1.8 meters).

Performance: Exceptional Show and Cutter. Known for its strong substance, excellent stem connection and angle, and prolific nature. It is highly regarded by show growers (passing trial garden evaluations) and florists alike for its long, strong stems and vibrant, versatile color palette.
