Ferncliff Samba

The Ferncliff Samba dahlia is a deep and vibrant variety hybridized by David Jack of Ferncliff Gardens in British Columbia, Canada. It is well-liked for its bold color and strong stems, making it an excellent addition to both the garden and cut flower arrangements. 

• Color: Burnt Orange. A rich, deep shade of burnt orange that provides significant visual depth to floral displays.
• Form: Semi-Cactus (SC). Features double blooms where the petals are pointed and rolled for at least half their length, giving it a spiky, dramatic silhouette.
• Bloom Size: Medium (B). Substantial flowers that typically measure approximately 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter.
• Height: Medium. A sturdy plant that typically grows to about 4 feet (120 cm) tall.
• Performance: Reliable and Strong. Noted for its strong stems and well-liked growth habit, it is considered an "early-to-mid" (EM) season bloomer.
