The Coorabell Moonglow dahlia is a dreamy and ethereal variety bred by the Wedd family in northern New South Wales, Australia. True to its name, it is celebrated for a luminous, "moonlit" quality and a soft-focus palette that makes it a highly sought-after choice for serene gardens and romantic wedding floral design.
  • Color: Light Blend / Pastel Ombre. Features a gentle combination of creamy white, pale lemon, and buttery yellow that transitions into whispers of blush pink, peach, and apricot. The color is dynamic, often shifting to deeper pink or more vibrant peach tones as the season cools into autumn.
  • Form: Small Decorative (SD). A perfectly rounded, finely layered bloom with a dapper and consistent silhouette.
  • Bloom Size: Small (BB). Blooms typically range from 4 to 6 inches (10–15 cm) in diameter, offering a substantial but refined presence.
  • Height: Very Tall. One of the tallest varieties in many gardens, it vigorously reaches 5 to 6 feet (150–180 cm) or more, requiring sturdy staking.
  • Performance: Radiant & Prolific Workhorse. Praised for being a reliable and generous bloomer on exceptionally long, strong, and graceful stems. It is a heavy tuber producer and is noted for its ability to continue flowering late into the season, making it a staple for cutting gardens
