Colwood Hope

Colwood Hope was hybridized by Vandament and was introduced in 2003.

Color: White (W). The blooms are a crisp, bright white, often with a subtle creamy or light blush tone, particularly near the center of the flower.

Form: Laciniated (LC). This form is characterized by ray florets that are deeply split or fringed at the tips, giving the bloom a highly textured, sometimes described as "whimsical" or "frilly," appearance.

Bloom Size: Medium (B), typically measuring between 6 to 8 inches (15–20 cm) in diameter.

Height: Medium, growing to about 3.5 to 4 feet (105–120 cm) tall.

Performance: A popular cut flower variety due to its impressive size, beautiful texture, and clean white colour. Like all dahlias, it should be harvested when the bloom is about three-quarters open for the best vase life.
