The Bracken Aquarius dahlia is an ethereal and rare variety from the renowned "Bracken" line bred by Neville Naumann in Australia. It is highly coveted for its luminous, cool-toned palette and its impeccably refined structure—offering a serene, waterlily-like presence that elevates both garden borders and romantic floral arrangements
- Color: Purple (PR) / Lavender & Pink. A stunning blend of soft lavender and luminous orchid-pink that glows from within. The color is often described as a "raspberry ombre" with a cool, pearlescent finish that remains vibrant even in the midsummer sun.
- Form: Waterlily (WL). Features perfectly symmetrical, broad petals that lay relatively flat and curve slightly at the tips, creating a serene and organized bloom.
- Bloom Size: Small (BB). Flowers typically measure between 4 to 5 inches (10–12.5 cm) in diameter
- Height: Tall. A vigorous and upright grower that reaches approximately 4 to 5 feet (120–150 cm) tall, producing strong, upright stems that hold the blooms proudly above the foliage.
- Performance: Exceptional Show and Cut Flower. Praised for its "rock solid" dark stems and very consistent centers. It is a prolific producer that stores well and makes healthy tubers, though it is often considered difficult to find due to its high demand among enthusiasts
